Welcome

Like most therapists, I take an integrative approach to counseling individuals and couples. I may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a Humanistic or Psychodynamic approach, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness Practices and other techniques based on your needs and preferences and what I know to be most effective for various problems you may want to address. My style is warm and interactive. I help clients look at the thoughts, feelings, behaviors, habits and history that lead to suffering.

 

My basic stance is that growth and healing are possible for individuals and couples at any point along the way; it’s never too late to change, grow and feel better.
